Every donation, no matter the size, makes a meaningful impact and helps ensure no one in our community goes to bed hungry. Ginny’s Helping Hand welcomes donations from the generous support of individuals, families, businesses, and organizations to provide vital resources to those who need a hand up.
We accept financial donations, in-kind contributions, and grants from foundations, non-profits, and government agencies to support our food pantry and operational services. Your support helps us continue to fight food insecurity and provide essential services to the most vulnerable in North Central Massachusetts.
Four ways to support the Ginny's Helping Hand Food Pantry
Make a Financial Contribution:
Donate Food or Host a Food Drive:
Help keep our shelves stocked with nutritious staples like canned tuna, vegetables, peanut butter, and frozen meats or vegetables. Add a few extra items to your grocery cart or organize a Food Drive with your friends, coworkers, or community group to support our mission. We will help you every step of the way from making posters, helping to promote online and organizing a pickup.
Paper Products, Laundry Detergent, Toiletries and Pet Food:
Paper products, laundry detergent, toiletries and pet food: we are always looking for ways to help guests maintain a healthy and clean lifestyle with donations of common personal hygiene and disposable dinnerware. And let’s not forget those furry friends who also need help, too! Pet food and treats are always accepted!
We accept donations during Ginny’s normal hours. Please do not leave anything outside the building.
Become a Volunteer:
It takes a village to run Ginny’s, and we are always looking for experts in operations, finance, legal, marketing, maintenance and more to donate their time to help us run smoothly and better serve our guests.
